Essential storage has no switch, because turning it off would sign you out and lose your language and theme. If you do not want it at all, the only way is to stop using the site — we would rather say that plainly than offer a toggle that breaks the product.

Essential — always on

Session cookie — keeps you signed in as you move between screens. Set by our authentication provider, Supabase. Expires when the session does.
Language — remembers which of the eleven languages you chose, so you do not pick it again on every visit.
Theme — remembers light or dark if you overrode your device setting.
Banner and notice flags — remember that you have already dismissed the launch banner and the cookie notice, so they do not reappear on every page.
Security — short-lived tokens that protect forms against cross-site request forgery.

The last three are kept in your browser’s local storage rather than as cookies. They never leave your device and are not sent to us.

Analytics — optional

We measure how the product is used so we can fix the steps people abandon: which screens get opened, which forms get given up on, roughly where in the country visitors are. It is aggregated. It is not used to decide which listings you see, it is not sold, and it is not shared with advertisers.

What we do not do

No advertising or retargeting cookies. You will not be followed around other sites.
No selling or sharing of your data with data brokers.
No third-party tracking pixels embedded in listings — photos are served from our own storage.

Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies from its settings, usually under Privacy. Blocking all cookies will sign you out of FlatJugaadand of most other sites. Your browser’s “Do Not Track” or global privacy control signal is respected where our analytics provider supports it.
